Alan is really awesome and helped me purchase my first home. He is very familiar with the local area, has an almost unlimited amount of connections of professionals who could help you with the difficult process, and is very knowledgeable about the transaction process. He is always there to answer your questions (even late at night) when you first go through the buying process and is a great negotiator to help you talk with the seller and make sure the deal goes through.
